Cancellation Policy:

Guests must notify the hotel of any cancellations at least seven days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.

Early Departure:

In the event of an early departure, guests may be subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining nights of the reservation.

No-shows:

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice may be charged a fee equivalent to the total booking cost for the first night, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Refund Processing:

Refunds for cancellations or modifications will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the booking process.

Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, Porta Ksamil reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation fees as deemed necessary.
